Inbox Shield is a browser extension and related web service operated by Datalogic. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices users have when using Inbox Shield.

5. How data is processed

When a user requests analysis or rewrite features, the submitted text may be sent securely to our backend infrastructure and supporting AI service providers strictly for the purpose of processing that request. We use service providers only as needed to deliver the product’s core functionality.

6. Data sharing

We may share information with trusted infrastructure, analytics, payment, or AI processing providers only when needed to operate Inbox Shield. We do not share data with third parties for unrelated advertising or data brokerage purposes.

7. Data retention

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Operational logs and submitted text may be retained for a limited period for debugging, abuse prevention, or service improvement, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system can be guaranteed to be fully secure, so users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless necessary.

• Users may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it.
• Users may avoid submitting content they do not want processed.
• Users may contact us regarding privacy requests or questions.

10. Children

Inbox Shield is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. International use

If users access the service from outside the country where our infrastructure or providers operate, their information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions as needed to provide the service.
