Effective date: March 14, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of Inbox Shield, a browser extension and related services operated by Datalogic. By accessing or using Inbox Shield, you agree to these Terms.
Inbox Shield helps users analyze and improve user-provided written content, such as draft messages and email text. Features may include message analysis, spam-risk feedback, and suggested rewrites.
You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. If you use Inbox Shield on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Inbox Shield may generate analysis, scores, or rewrite suggestions using automated systems. These outputs are provided for informational assistance only and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every context. You should independently review all results before relying on them.
Some features may require a valid license, subscription, or paid plan. Access limits, quotas, and feature availability may vary by plan. Failure to maintain valid payment or license status may result in reduced access or suspension of paid features.
We may impose usage limits, request caps, or technical restrictions to protect service reliability, fairness, and security. We may suspend or restrict access in cases of abuse, excessive automated usage, fraud, or policy violations.
Inbox Shield, including its software, branding, interface, and related materials, is owned by Datalogic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or underlying technology to you.
You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Inbox Shield is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy unless otherwise required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datalogic and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of Inbox Shield.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Datalogic from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using Inbox Shield at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or used the service in an abusive or unlawful manner.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on this page, unless stated otherwise.
